Each year, Petit Bateau sells 28 million products worldwide, including 3.4 million t-shirts, 3.5 million briefs and 16 million undergarments.
And this means a lot of babies, children and adults enjoy the comfort of their clothes. In a year, the brand makes 4,000 tons of knit fabric and uses a length of yarn that could circumvent the world 4,000 times, 22 million kilometres for its t-shirts alone.
Petit Bateau has a workforce of 3,000 worldwide, more than half of which is in France, and is distributed via a diversified network of 4,300 retail outlets, including 400 of its own boutiques.
